- New Media Assistant January 2009 – Current
- Designed branded email communications that were targeted at a variety of audiences ranging from students to older alumni to advertise local and foreign events. Through the use of creative visual designs, the communications helped increase attendance of events significantly.
- Managed and updated online payment forms for events.
- Updated and developed new content to both enrich and simplify the McMaster Alumni website.
- Teaching Assistant Fall 2008, Fall 2009
- Responsible for the second year Introduction to Animation course and the third year Advanced Multimedia class. Taught five hours per week instructing up to 20 students at a time in either ActionScript or Maya. Designed tutorial notes that communicated the lesson clearly and effectively for students who had no prior programming or animation experience.

- Responsible for the supervision of a workforce of 60 employees. Served as liaison for employee human resource needs. Responsible for research in lost clients, augmenting the integrity of the alumni donor database and increasing alumni participation numbers. Implemented new training strategies to increase efficiency and ease transition for new employees.
